You only need to follow these tips.


  • If you eat green salad your skin will have vitamine and a lot of minerals.


    • Do exercise, this could be a little tired but never bored.
    • You should try with the yoga.
    • Drink more than 2L of water, your organism agree :)
    • Eat nuts to reduce weight and earn a beautiful and glistening skin.
    • Paint your nails in dark colors to highlight your skin tone, use neutral colors or easy to combine.
    • Wash your face all the tricks and apply sunscreen,
      if you wash your face at night make sure it is not too dry
      .
